Series Information

God is not in a hurry. He has His own timetable, fixed eternally. We can try and change
it, we can try and manipulate it, and we can try and tweak it. We cannot change it. If
we could see all the things He can see, we would understand. To get to where He wants
to bring us, we need time and space to wait.
As we move toward the end of the year, we desire to make space for Jesus, as we grow
to become like Jesus. The next three weeks will be 3 weeks of less, for more. Less
is more when it comes to the Kingdom of God. It is our prayer that we would give up our
agenda, give up everything that is not of Jesus, and replace it with rhythms and
practices that fill our soul with what our soul needs and longs for. May we be willing to
give up the noise, distractions, clutters and fears. We ask God for help to give up
control. Psalm 42:1 describes that our soul ultimately longs for deep presence and
satisfaction in Jesus. Making Space is all about re-focusing and re-prioritizing Jesus in
our life.
